This legal disclaimer (the “Disclaimer”) governs the use of the Altruistic Freelancer platform (“Platform”), which is owned and operated by Nghia Nguyen(“Owner”). By accessing, using, or engaging with the services provided by Altruistic Freelancer, Users, and Sellers (collectively, “you” or “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by the terms outlined in this Disclaimer. If you do not agree with any of the terms herein, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
Indemnification
By accessing and using the Platform, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Altruistic Freelancer, its Owner, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and affiliates (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

- Any content or materials you submit, transmit, or make available through the Platform;
- Any dispute between you and another User or Seller;
- Your violation of any rights of third parties, including but not limited to intellectual property, privacy, or proprietary rights;
- Any breach of the terms of this Disclaimer or other applicable policies or agreements associated with the Platform.
This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of your use of the Platform.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Altruistic Freelancer, its Owner, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
Altruistic Freelancer’s liability, including the Owner’s liability, for any claim arising out of this Disclaimer or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you have paid, if any, to Altruistic Freelancer in the one (1) month immediately preceding the event that gave rise to the claim.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content not owned or controlled by Altruistic Freelancer. The inclusion of any third-party links does not imply endorsement or approval of such third-party websites, services, or content. Altruistic Freelancer is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of such external sites or resources and shall not be held liable for any loss or damage caused by your reliance on or interaction with such external sites, services, or content.
No Warranty
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Altruistic Freelancer makes no representation or warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
Termination
Altruistic Freelancer reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that Altruistic Freelancer, in its sole discretion, believes violates this Disclaimer, is harmful to the interests of Altruistic Freelancer or its Users or Sellers, or is otherwise in violation of applicable law.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Altruistic Freelancer operates. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Disclaimer shall be resolved through an internal dispute resolution procedure to resolve the matter in a fair and equitable way.
Severability
If any provision of this Disclaimer is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Modification of Disclaimer
Altruistic Freelancer reserves the right to modify or amend this Disclaimer at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any modifications to this Disclaimer constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
